Today we grabbed an extra hour of sleep as we “fell back” into Standard Time and longer nights.
Daylight Saving Time ended at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, which means you should have turned your clocks back before you went to bed Saturday night, Nov. 5.
Every year, daylight saving time ends on the first Sunday in November and begins again on the second Sunday in March.
On March 12, 2017, daylight time will begin again at 2 a.m. Clocks will spring forward one hour so that we can enjoy more sunlight in the evenings.
All provinces in Canada except Saskatchewan observes the time change.
REMEMBER TO TURN YOUR CLOCK BACKWARDS!
